The Character of Affairs of this corporation is to operate and maintain the “Spunky Norwegian Foundation”, non-profit corporation established using the assets of Dame Inez S. Bull for:
- the preservation of the Ole Bull Museum, originally located at 79 S. Cherry Springs Rd, Galeton, PA 16922-9457
- the Ole Bull Music Festival held annually in Galeton Pennsylvania, and New York City at the Merkin Concert Hall
- to make awards of achievement to all entrants; and further music and history education and appreciation in the youth of America.
